Below are several crisis helplines followed by a list of resources organized by topic. This is not an exhaustive list. If you are experiencing a life threatening situation or crisis and need immediate help, call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.

    National organization supporting mental health awareness and education for students. Chapters are located on more than 700 campuses. They directly reach close to 600,000 students each year through campus awareness campaigns, events, advocacy, and outreach.

  • American Psychiatric Association

    The APA is a scientific and professional organization representing psychology in the US. The website contains psychological resources, help resources, and tips on mental well-being.
  • Attention Deficit Disorder Association
    Resources including articles, webinars and answers to FAQs for individuals with attention difficulties or are diagnosed with ADHD.

    A Q&A online health and wellness resource supported by a team of Columbia University health promotion specialists, health care providers, and other health professionals, along with a staff of information and research specialists and writers.

    We provide callers with confidential consultation, options counseling, and referrals to providers of quality abortion care. We also provide case management services for women with special needs, and limited financial assistance to help subsidize care and travel-related expenses.
